By accessing or using KapdaMart (the Site), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract to use this Site and place orders.

We may, at our sole discretion and without notice, limit or cancel quantities, change product availability, or discontinue any product at any time. We do not guarantee that any product shown on the Site will remain available.

All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but any price change will not affect orders already confirmed. Payment is processed securely by our payment partners.

Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. Delivery timelines depend on your location; see our Shipping Policy for full details. Risk and ownership transfer to you upon delivery.

Please review our Returns Policy. Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused, with original tags and packaging. Custom-made products are non-returnable unless defective. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

By uploading photos, artwork, text, or other content for custom products, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use that content solely to produce and fulfill your order. You confirm you have all necessary rights to the content you submit and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.

All content on the Site — including logos, graphics, text, and design — is the property of KapdaMart and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

THE SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, WHETHER FORESEEABLE OR NOT, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The last-updated date above reflects the latest revision. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
