Easy returns within 7 days of delivery. Here is how it works.
Eligibility
- Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of quality-check approval.
Non-returnable items
Fully customized products that you designed yourself (your own photo, artwork, or text) are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered.
Damaged or wrong items
Received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item? Raise a request within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and its packaging. We will replace it or refund you, including any shipping charges.
How to return an item
- Contact our support team with your order ID and the reason for return.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Our courier partner will schedule a pickup, or you can drop it at the nearest collection center.
- Once the returned item passes our quality check, your refund is processed.
