Where we ship, how fast, and what it costs.
Processing & dispatch time
- Ready-to-ship stock items are dispatched within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation.
- Customized products (your own design/photo/text) are printed to order and take an extra 1-2 business days before dispatch.
- You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order ships, with a tracking link.
Delivery timelines
- Metro cities: 3-5 business days after dispatch
- Tier-2/3 cities and towns: 5-7 business days after dispatch
- Remote locations: up to 10 business days
Shipping charges
- Free shipping on all prepaid orders above Rs 499.
- Orders below Rs 499 and all Cash on Delivery orders attract a flat Rs 49 shipping fee.
- Bulk orders may qualify for volume-based shipping discounts.
Tracking & notifications
Every shipped order receives a tracking ID shared via email and SMS. You can also visit the Track Order page and enter your order ID for live shipment status updates.
Undeliverable parcels
If a delivery cannot be completed after three attempts, the parcel is returned to us. Refunds for returned parcels follow our Returns Policy.
